Power logic begins to prevail,

...if the participants frame their worldview accordingly (framing) – a process that does not inevitably arise; even in power structures, dependents have at least internal potential for resistance. However, if individual actors can assert their will against all resistance, this promotes and/or reinforces power-based thinking. The more unequal a society, the more likely it is that power-based thinking will prevail.
